PCI-DSS Level 1
Razorpay holds the highest tier of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. Card data is captured and stored inside Razorpay's PCI scope — never inside Wendesk's database.
RBI-regulated Payment Aggregator
Razorpay operates under a Reserve Bank of India Payment Aggregator licence. All settlement, escrow, and reconciliation flow through RBI-supervised rails.
AES-256-GCM credentials at rest
Your Razorpay Key ID and Key Secret are envelope-encrypted with AWS KMS-managed Customer Managed Keys. Keys are never logged, never returned by any API endpoint, and decrypted only at request time inside our trust boundary.
SOC 2 Type II (Wendesk-side)
Wendesk's integration layer, webhook receiver, and credential vault are SOC 2 Type II audited. Every API call signed and recorded in the SecurityAuditLog.
